You need a bath ! Rediscovering the joy of #bath time can be a path to better #mentalhealth. Today, I'm going to dive into the ways we can reinvent ourselves through something that was often a childhood joy for many: bath time. For some, like myself, #childhood baths weren't always pleasant. But as adults, we have the power to create new, positive experiences.

 

**Bath Time: From Childhood to Adulthood**

As a child, my bath time wasn't always joyful. Growing up in an abusive family, those moments were sometimes marred by negative experiences. However, as an adult, I've learned to reclaim and reinvent those moments. It's crucial to understand that we can reshape our memories and experiences to benefit our mental health.

For many of us, childhood baths were moments of playfulness and relaxation. The sensory experience of water, the comfort, and the freedom to splash and play created lasting memories. These experiences can be rediscovered in adulthood, providing a much-needed respite from daily stress.
