Every tear we shed adds up. Our tears are held in a vessel that measures full when our heart is compressed by pain. Every time is reaches the brim we cry again.
Crying is healthy, from my perspective a release of emotions and ease this action gives.
I don't believe there is such a thing as a good or bad cry, crying serves a purpose to notify you that you have built up emptions good bad or indifferent.
Some of us use a tears as a form of manipulation, in most of theses case it is just a cry for attention.....if you feel safe and comfortable providing a hug to another may be the perfect solution....a hug does wonders.
When was the last time you had a cry ?
Are tears a sign of weakness or strength to you?
Does it make you feel uncomfortable to see another shed tears?
Explore how tears of others makes you feel and your own and why?
If you have the blessings of being there for someone during a time of tears...Remember Just being there is healing....words are usually not necessary.
Crying is healing
Crying is cleansing
Crying is a notification that emotions good or bad need to be released in a healthy way
There is a time and place for tears.
Every tear we shed adds up. Our tears are held in a vessel that measures full when our heart is compressed by pain or joy. Every time it reaches the hearts brim we cry again.
